Cesiolo

This renovation project was designed to meet the needs of a young family, transforming a 1960s apartment with a double exposure and panoramic views of the hills surrounding Verona. One of the key features of the home—a long balcony connecting all the bedrooms—was carefully enhanced to become an integral part of the living experience.

The layout was completely rethought to optimize the interior flow, with a particular focus on reorganizing the sleeping area. New bathrooms and upgraded systems were seamlessly integrated into the design, concealed within suspended ceilings to maintain visual clarity and comfort.

At the heart of the renovation is the open-plan living area, conceived as a fluid, unified space. The kitchen with its central island, the dining area, and the living room are aligned along a series of windows that flood the space with natural light and strengthen the connection with the outdoors.

The use of clean lines, understated materials, and neutral tones has resulted in a minimalist, bright, and elegant atmosphere—a harmonious balance of function and refinement
