MASAAI is an architecture studio based in Verona, specializing in architectural design, adaptive reuse, heritage restoration, interior architecture, and landscape design.

We develop tailored interventions for private residences, hospitality venues, restaurants, workspaces, and commercial projects. Eschewing predefined styles and ephemeral trends, our practice is grounded in a critical analysis of context, the enhancement of natural materials, and the creation of essential, timeless architecture.

We operate across the historic center of Verona, the Valpolicella region, Lessinia, and Lake Garda, as well as handling commissions across Italy and internationally for private clients and institutional investors.
