Rural Architecture and Adaptive Reuse

Through adaptive reuse interventions, we convert farmhouses, barns, and historic stone structures across the Verona Hills, Valpolicella, Lessinia, and Lake Garda into contemporary residences—where construction heritage meets architectural rigor.

Rural Architecture

Every intervention we make on the landscape and rural structures stems from a critical analysis of context, history, territory, and materials.

Eschewing predefined styles and ephemeral trends, we seek an essential, timeless architecture.

Across the Valpolicella region, Lessinia, and Lake Garda, we transform farmhouses, historic stone buildings, and country estates through an ongoing dialogue between the rigor of the existing structure and the enhancement of original materials—such as stone and tufa masonry, lime plaster, and timber structures—working in close collaboration with local craftspeople. Our approach to heritage restoration honors the patina of time through a restrained architectural language.

We guide private clients, international investors, and agricultural estates through every stage of the design process: from managing landscape constraints and heritage approvals through to site supervision on-site, uniting historical memory, landscape, sustainability, and contemporary well-being.

International Clients

We support private clients and international investors throughout the acquisition, restoration, and value enhancement of historic properties across Lake Garda, Valpolicella, and Lessinia.

Restoring a country house, farmhouse, or historic estate from abroad requires a rigorous design vision and seamless technical management. We provide comprehensive project coordination, operating fully in English and German, tailored for clients investing in the Verona region.

The intervention views restoration as a dialogue between heritage and contemporaneity: original stone masonry, tufa detailing, and lime plasters are brought into balance with the tactile presence of galvanized steel, timber, and exposed concrete.
