Dell’Andre

The villa, located in the hills of Bardolino, blends harmoniously into the landscape overlooking Lake Garda, in a panoramic position that enhances both its living quality and visual appeal.

The project, distinctly contemporary, is characterized by clean lines, overlapping volumes, and a thoughtful use of materials that resonate with the Mediterranean context.

The structure unfolds over multiple levels, featuring large, cantilevered terraces that open onto evocative natural vistas of olive trees, cypresses, and the deep blue of the lake. Key architectural elements, such as the sloping roof and protruding overhangs, are finished with understated, textured materials in warm, neutral tones, capable of absorbing the sunset light and creating a welcoming visual effect.

Vertical metal railings and a dark cylindrical column add rhythm and lightness to the façades, while pigmented plaster cladding and continuous surfaces evoke a sense of solidity and comfort. The design aims to merge the language of rational architecture with the relaxed atmosphere of life on Lake Garda.

Special attention was given to integrating the existing greenery and creating a dynamic experience of the surrounding landscape, visible from every point of the house thanks to large openings and suspended terraces, conceived as transitional spaces between indoors and outdoors.
