The project involves the renovation of a small attic apartment located in the heart of Verona’s historic center, just behind Via Mazzini.

This pied-à-terre, designed for a German couple, transforms the living area into a single open-plan space, where a fluid spatial layout engages in dialogue with natural light.

The upper level accommodates the sleeping area, the bathrooms, and a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city.

The intervention enhances the use of sober, continuous materials, selected to reinforce spatial clarity and the relationship between interior and exterior.
